01 / How it works

Five steps, from our press to your shopper's phone.

1

We make the codes

One secret code per pack, generated for your order. Never repeated.

2

We print them

On our HP Indigo press, each label with its own QR and serial, in the same job as your label.

3

You activate

When a delivery arrives, one person presses Activate. Once per delivery, not per pack.

4

Shoppers check

Any phone camera. No app. The page answers in a second, in English or Tagalog.

5

You see

Every check on a map, with alerts when something looks wrong.

Steps 1 and 2 are ours. Step 3 is your only regular job. Steps 4 and 5 happen by themselves.

02 / The label

What is on one of our labels.

One QR per packIts secret code is never repeated.
A readable serialStaff and inspectors can quote it.
Colour QRFour colours, different on every label; the page shows the same pattern.
Security printMicrotext as fine as a hair line, from the same press.
Tamper optionsVOID or destructible material that tears when peeled.

Copying is easy. Copying without being caught is not: the code remembers every check.

03 / What the shopper sees

Six answers. Three are yours to control.

Genuine, first check
Genuine, first check. Your product, its lot and expiry, and a note that this is the first time the code has been checked.
Checked before
Checked before. The date and place of the first check. Fine at home; a warning sign if the pack is still sealed.
Unusual
Unusual. One code seen in many places: the signature of a copied label. The shopper is asked where they bought it.
Blocked
Blocked. Stolen or copied labels, switched off by you.
Recalled
Recalled. Your own recall message, on every pack of that batch, from the next scan on.
Not recognised
Not recognised. A made-up or mistyped code.

Blocking and recalls are done by you in the portal. A recall reaches every shopper who scans a pack from that batch, from the next scan on.

04 / Colour QR

The QR on the pack and on the phone must match.

Every label's QR is printed in four colours, one per corner, and no two labels share a pattern. The page draws the same QR in the same colours, so a photocopy, or a genuine code reprinted in black, fails at a glance.

What it does not stop: a counterfeiter's own QR that leads to a fake website. The official address on our page does that job. Colour QR is an option, priced per label.

The page draws the QR in the same four colours as the label
The corners on the label match the corners on the page.
05 / Your official stores

The page sends shoppers to your real stores.

After a genuine check: the brand's campaign, then its official stores and pages
After a genuine check: your latest campaign, then your official Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, website, Facebook and Instagram.
After a bad check: buy only from these official stores
After a bad check: buy only from your official stores. Every tap is counted.
Report a suspicious product: where it was bought, a photo and the city
Report a fake: where it was bought, a photo and the city, straight to you.

You list your stores once. We check each link belongs to that platform, so a look-alike address cannot be added.

06 / Your portal

Your dashboard, the moment you sign in.

The brand portal dashboard: reports, alerts and claims waiting, four numbers, checks per day and a map
Insights: checks by day and product, the hours shoppers check, and time from delivery to first check
Insights. Checks by day and product, the hours your customers check, and how soon packs are checked after delivery.
Insights: top places, problem hotspots and each product's share
Where it sells. Top places, problem hotspots, and each product's share of checks. Everything downloads as a spreadsheet.
Alert: a lot shipped for Japan being checked in Dubai
Grey market. A lot shipped for Japan is being checked in Dubai. The alert says what happened and what to do.
Alert: one code checked in too many regions
Copied code. One code checked in more places than one pack could be, with the evidence.
A customer report: where it was bought, the city and a note, linked to the code
Customer reports. Where they bought it, the city, their note and photo, linked to the exact code.
Code lookup: one label's print order, product, lot and every check
Code history. Everything about one label: print order, product, lot, every check with time and place. Evidence for a takedown notice.
Activate labels: choose the print order, product and lot
Activate. A minute per delivery: the print order or rolls, the product and the lot.
Official stores and pages: links checked against each platform
Your page. Logo, colours, languages, official stores and campaigns, set once.

Scan records are dated evidence for takedown notices to Lazada, Shopee and TikTok Shop under the Internet Transactions Act. Screens from our demo brand.

Points and rewards

Points per pack; members trade them for your vouchers, products or load.

Raffles

One entry per genuine pack, with a DTI-ready draw report.

Purchase registration

The shopper registers the pack; you get a customer and proof of purchase.

My points page with rewards to redeem
My points. Points, rewards, claim codes, history.

Rewards. Redeem gives a claim code you approve.
The raffle page with terms and the DTI permit
Raffle. One entry per genuine pack, terms and permit on the page.
The purchase registration form
Registration. Date, shop and contact, with consent.

Each scan shows one offer, chosen per product. Raffles and prize wheels need a DTI-FTEB permit; the draw report is built for the DTI representative.

08 / Fair play

Built so a stack of scans does not win.

What it stops

Prizes go only to a signed-in mobile number. Each code pays once; the first to claim it keeps it. Three packs a day per person, and not from three provinces in one day. Bursts of claims from one place are flagged for you to review and block.

What it cannot do yet

Stop one person scanning a pack in the shop before paying. The answer to that is a hidden second code under scratch-off ink. It is not available yet, and we will not promise a date.

09 / Your data

We keep as little as possible, and it stays yours.

Checking needs no accountWe record that a code was checked, when, and the city.
Masked numbersPromo members' numbers are kept only in scrambled form; you see them masked.
Network addressesDeleted after 30 days.
Separated dataEach brand's data is separated inside the database itself, not only on screen.
Two-factor sign-inYour staff sign in with a second factor; every action is logged.
Data Privacy ActWe sign a data processing agreement with every brand.
Yours to takeIf you leave, you take your codes and scan history with you.

Watch it work on your own product.

Bring a pack. We show a fresh label, a scanned one, and your dashboard, then send a written quote within a day.
